About Me
My background
I am a husband and father of two who has a passion for storytelling. I have my day job but spend a majority of my free time creating fantastical worlds, characters and plots. I also have a passion for music which sometimes influences my storytelling. My dream is to have my work published and for people to enjoy what I create.
My writing roots
My knack for storytelling began at a young age after learning to read. I started with comic books and moved to novels. Fantasy movies also helped to shape my interest in writing. I began writing stories and continued all the way until adulthood where I decided to become serious about publishing. With the help and encouragement of family and friends I finally decided to make the move and do what I love.
My style
I like to experiment with styles, some are traditional narrative essay type stories and some may be first person POV stories. I do not like to limit myself to one style, I let the story dictate what style is best suited to tell it. While I write mostly fantasy, I do write Science-Fiction and Horror as well.
The Realms of Highfall
Coming very soon will be the first book (a novella) in my Realms of Highfall series. Two short stories in this universe (The Cauldron of the Crones, and A Song for a Siren, both available exclusively here on the website) has already been written if you want to familiarize yourself with the setting. Join me as I take you on many adventures in the world of Highfall, populated with wizards, warriors, knights, castles, dragons, and all kinds of monsters and fantastical lands. Periodically I may publish more short stories set in Highfall Here on the website.
